In partnership with Cigna, the Human Resource Committee is set out to review existing frameworks and recommend a roadmap for developing robust and coherent policies on the best practice in human resources in the UAE. This committee works to provide an opportunity for business leaders and government officials to discuss operational issues, exchange ideas, and create a roadmap for continued dialogue towards policy enhancements and reform.
The committee is comprised of a committee chairman, a representative from the AmCham Dubai office as well as members of the committee drawn from HR professionals from our membership.
